Hopewell's Landing is the premier environment friendly or "low impact" community in Gainesville, Virginia. Our residents enjoy two sections of beautiful homesites located halfway between the ever expanding Virginia Gateway shopping center and Wegman's grocery supermarket along Lee Highway (Highway 29).
